     Yesterday my friend I've known since KINDERGARTEN found out through an ex, that I am a stripper. She was shocked at first but then decided that instead of being shocked she would be pissed off. She then told me how disgusting I am and how she is mad that someone she has know for soooo long could keep such a big secret from her, but then she said she was glad I did because she would NEVER be caught dead hanging out with a "disgusting fuckin slut"...

     This was someone I truly loved and believed loved me. It hurts me deeply to think that people can change their view of someone for something so.....unimportant. What ever happened to "Sandbox love never dies"?.....

     I AM A STRIPPER. I HAVE BEEN A PORNSTAR. I am not a low class low budget whore who just gives it up to anyone. I have a future that I need to prepare for and I am a full time student, I will make my money any way I SEE FIT. This just confirms my point that no matter how much good you do in your life you will ALWAYS be judged for the bad. I am a volunteer at an retirement home, animal shelter and boys and girls club...but all that flies out the window when someone finds out what my job is...It's just really discouraging...

     I show my body off because, I have worked hard for it. I am proud of it, not because I was "raped or abused" or any of the stuff that a lot of people in the sex industry "claim". I am just an average person with a not-so-average job...I have dreams and aspirations for my life that don't revolve around sex at all...I just hope that people will see that we do care and have dreams and goals just as the next person does.
